The Police Families Welfare Society is a non-profit organization working under the aegis of the welfare unit of Delhi Police. It was established in the year 1972 with the prime objective of meeting the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and financial needs of the families of the largest metropolitan police force of the country. Given the arduous and exacting nature of their duties, the society was entrusted with the overall wellbeing of the Delhi Police personnel and their families.
